Cancellation/Deposit Policies

Guarantee & Deposit: All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card at the time of booking. A deposit equal to two nights' room rate plus tax, representing the first and last nights of the stay, will be billed to the credit card at the time of booking.

Standard Cancellations: Cancellations for most bookings must be received by 6:00 pm Maui time at least 21 days prior to expected arrival date, or the Resort will retain the deposit.

Premium Suite Exceptions: Cancellations for Oceanfront Deluxe Suite, Oceanfront Prime Suite, Club Oceanfront Prime One-Bedroom Suite, "Elite" Two-Bedroom Suite, "Lokelani" Presidential Three-Bedroom Suite and "Maile" Presidential Three-Bedroom Suite must be received by 6:00 pm Maui time at least 30 days prior to expected arrival date, or the Resort will retain the deposit.

Changes to Stay: Shortening your stay fewer than 21 days prior to expected arrival (or fewer than 30 days for the above exceptions) will result in a penalty equal to one night's room rate. If your departure date changes, resulting in a shortening of your stay, this one-night penalty will apply to the last night's deposit. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Resort.
