To avoid cancellation fees, reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days will incur a fee of one night's room rate plus tax. For Christmas season stays (December 21 - January 1), cancellations result in forfeiture of the entire deposit, and a 2-night deposit is required with the remaining balance charged 30 days prior to arrival.
