This issue started at about 8pm EDT, today, Aug 11th.
It is an outage that is beyond our control, and we're hoping that it could be rectified by the technology partners that power our site and hundreds of other applications around the world.
This would then result in an automatic resolution to our site.
In the interim, we can try to help you manually if you know exactly what you'd like to book.
If you go to the official site of any hotel that you wish to reserve, send us a screenshot of exactly what you want booked with any additional details like guest names etc.
We'll then attempt to complete the reservation for you and include the Exclusive Perks shown on our website for the hotel you have selected.
We would also need your credit card info which you can send us across this secure form: https://www.whatahotel.com/payment/
